More security. Temporary employment provides you with a permanent position. Your permanent employment contract with Gess & Partner includes all the current social security benefits. Only your workplace is flexible.
More experience. Different work assignments provide you with lots of variety. You’ll gather professional experience quickly — and receive fair payment.
More services. Along with all the variety, you will enjoy the complete security of a permanent position. For example, you will be paid in full according to the iGZ collective labor agreement, even if you are lent to a temporary employer but not actually used.
More opportunities. Temporary employment is a good launching pad. Approximately every third employee is permanently hired by the company to which he or she was lent out as a temporary employee — only if he or she so wishes, of course.
