Trainee program
GESS offers graduates of universities and technical colleges entry-level positions in the company via a six-month trainee program. The settling-in week at our headquarters in Düsseldorf offers you an overview of our company. After that you will go to the local office of your choice to learn the theoretical basics of our sales processes and personnel placement and to acquire practical know-how through on-the-job training. Regular feedback talks will ensure good orientation, and your successful completion of the training program will be documented with a certificate.
